Zirio Logistics Corp ("Zirio," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use the Zirio Driver App ("App").
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Location Data
Location data is central to the App's logistics functionality. Here is exactly how it works:
When it's collected
Location is only collected during active shipments. It is not collected continuously when the App is idle or closed.
Background collection
Depending on your device settings and permissions, location may be collected in the background while a shipment is active. You may disable this in your device's location settings, which may affect App functionality.
No accuracy guarantee
Location data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to device limitations, signal conditions, or other factors. Zirio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any location or tracking data.
Not used for surveillance
Location data is used solely for shipment tracking and logistics coordination. It is not used for driver monitoring beyond active shipment periods, and is never sold to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate and provide the App's core logistics features
- To track and coordinate active shipments in real time
- To communicate with you about your account and shipments
- To improve App performance and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
- To detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to data brokers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
Authorized Parties
Location and shipment data may be shared with carriers, shippers, or logistics partners directly involved in your active shipments, as required to fulfill the service.
Service Providers
We may share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Zirio or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. Upon account deletion request, we will delete your personal data, uploaded documents, location history, and usage data within 30 days, subject to any legal or compliance obligations that require longer retention.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at franciscodiaz@ziriologistics.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (see Section 12)
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing activities
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data

Children's Privacy
The App is intended solely for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a minor has submitted data through the App, please contact us immediately.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including App Store platforms, payment processors, and mapping or analytics providers. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and Zirio is not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the App.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will indicate the updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
